The new sharing concept of the Restaurant IGNIV started in December 2015. At «IGNIV» guests put together their own menu based on a “sharing dish” concept. Alongside the à la carte menu, the concept offers a 3-course sharing menu created by Silvio Germann (chef de cuisine) and his team. The young chef from Lucerne spent a number of years working in Caminada’s three-starred kitchen at Schloss Schauenstein and was involved in the creation and realisation of the new gastronomic concept from the start. In 2016, he received a Michelin Star, was awarded 16 GaultMillau points and was named “Discovery of the Year in German-speaking Switzerland». The culinary creations are served by Francesco Benvenuto (chef de service and sommelier) and his team in bowls and on platters.
Following the successful opening of IGNIV by Andreas Caminada at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz the second gourmet nest opened its doors at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz on December 2016. It is opened during the winter season.
