Your application procedure

We are delighted that you want to contribute your energy and passion to our team and the Caminada Group AG. For unsolicited applications and applications for advertised positions, the application process is as follows:

  • Send us your complete dossier by e-mail or post. Ideally, this should contain

    - Letter of motivation
    - CV/CV
    - Diplomas (if available)
    - Employment certificates and references (if available)
    - References (if available)

    You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application within 1 to 3 days.

  • Your application will be read with great interest. If you have the right qualifications and experience, we will invite you to a one or two-day work trial if we have a vacancy. This will allow you to get to know our team better. After the work trial, we will discuss your experiences over the phone or on site.

  • To round of our impressions of you as a person, we will obtain reference information with your consent. You are welcome to provide us with possible references in your application documents.

  • After a successful trial period, we will conduct an interview on site or online.

  • Your dossier, the work trial, the interview and the reference information form the basis for our decision. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and send you your employment contract.

  • If the decision is positive, we look forward to working with you. We will stay in close contact before you start. You will receive all important information in the weeks before you start work. We will also take care of permits, your housing situation, etc. together during this time.
