Two special awards and confirmed ratings in GaultMillau 2026

The GaultMillau culinary guide published its guide for the coming year today. All of the group's Swiss restaurants are once again prominently featured this year. Stephanie Mittler, head pâtissière and sous-chef at Mammertsberg, and Valentin Sträuli, head chef at IGNIV Andermatt, which only opened last year, have particular cause for celebration. They received the special awards for ‘Pâtissière of the Year’ and ‘Discovery of the Year’ respectively.
