Our catering service brings the flavours of five special restaurants to you. Whether you are planning a wedding, a birthday party or a business aperitif, acasa has the right offer. Even if you are looking for a private chef to look after your well-being around the clock.

Would you like a culinary experience in the style of Schloss Schauenstein or one à la IGNIV? A barbecue as celebrated by Renato Wüst at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a firework display of Asian flavours inspired by the Namun restaurant or the great classics for which Hubertus Real and the Marée at the Park Hotel Sonnenhof in Vaduz are famous? Whatever you choose, the acasa team, under the direction of Andreas Caminada's long-time friend and business partner Sandro Steingruber, will realise every style of cuisine with dedication and a sure hand. We are also happy to provide you with a private chef who will cook for you at home, on your yacht or in your holiday home.

In collaboration with Gault Millau, Andreas Caminada regularly presents a new, easy-to-make recipe in the video. And every now and then he welcomes a familiar face to Fürstenau to cook and chat. Here you can find inspiration for your home cooking and pick up a few tricks along the way.

Every autumn, the gourmet market takes place in the historic town of Fürstenau. It features selected chefs from all over Switzerland and, of course, the people who have been supplying Schloss Schauenstein, the IGNIV restaurants and Casa Caminada with the best products for many years. Discover exceptional products with Alpine DNA, from cheese from the Andeer Alpine dairy to chamois chunks from our hunter Roger Zogg.
